Join us on Sunday, 21st June, for Best of Grampian,  our outdoor event celebrating the finest food, drink and produce our region has to offer!

By popular demand, Best of Grampian returns for 2026. FREE to attend, with donations towards the museum charity gratefully received - come along and support our local food, drink and produce suppliers.

Please complete the form below to pay for your stall for Best of Grampian.

We are unable to take any further applications for food stalls, even if you have consulted with us previously, as the deadline has passed. 

Please confirm if you have been invited to book by one of the museum team *

Note: if there is an overlap with another stall, we reserve the right to reject your booking and we will advise if this is the case. This is to ensure we do not have too much of the same offering and have adequate variety across the event, to ensure everyone's success. If you are unsure, please reach out to us on social media or using the Contact Form and we can advise.

Please provide a copy of either your latest Food Safety Inspection (noting a Pass) OR your Pass certificate, along with your Public Liability Insurance. If you require a temporary licence, please provide this too (or let us know it will follow). Without these documents you will not be permitted to trade.

Stalls are £25+VAT (£30).
