By popular demand, Best of Grampian returns for 2026. FREE to attend, with donations towards the museum charity gratefully received - come along and support our local food, drink and produce suppliers.

This is to ensure we do not have too much of the same offering and have adequate variety across the event, to ensure everyone's success. Please upload your paperwork

Please provide a copy of either your latest Food Safety Inspection (noting a Pass) OR your Pass certificate, along with your Public Liability Insurance. If you require a temporary licence, please provide this too (or let us know it will follow). Without these documents you will not be permitted to trade.

I need a VAT receipt for my records. This will be sent separately by the museum administration team.

Stalls are £25+VAT (£30).

We are closed to any further food traders.

Yes, you can book a stall at Best of Grampian using the form at the bottom of this page. Please note, that if you have not been invited by the museum team we may need to refuse your stall to prevent too many traders of the same type at the event, to keep it fair for everyone. If in doubt, please just reach out to us and we can advise.

Best of Grampian is FREE for the public to attend, with donations gratefully received towards the work of the museum. Grampian Transport Museum is a self-funding, independent museum that relies on your support to keep the wheels turning.

Dogs are very welcome at Best of Grampian, and within the museum itself too. The museum team will actively encourage you to bring your dog, so we can make a fuss of them!
