Order Processing

All orders placed on a working day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) will be processed and dispatched within 2 working days. During periods of high order volume, there may be slight delays to these timescales.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address provided at checkout.

A further email will be sent once your order has been dispatched, including tracking information. You can use the tracking number to monitor your delivery and view its current status.

Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery times or accept liability for delays, as deliveries are handled by third-party couriers. Where possible, we recommend placing your order well in advance to avoid disappointment.

UK Deliveries

We currently deliver to the UK mainland, Scottish Highlands and Islands (including the Outer Hebrides and Shetland Islands), Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey.

UK Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are calculated based on your basket value:

  • £0.00 – £20.00: £1.99 delivery
  • £20.01 – £49.99: £2.99 delivery
  • £50.00 and over: £5.00 delivery

For those who are able to visit, we offer a free “Click & Collect” option at the museum. Please bring your order confirmation as proof of purchase when collecting your order.

Adopt a Car

“Adopt a Vehicle” is a digital product. You will receive your Adoption Certificate by email at the time of purchase. No physical item will be sent.
