Once you are in Alford, follow the signs for the museum, which is just off Main Street (A944) at one end of the large public car park, you will see the large white entry archway to the museum.

The museum is most easily reached by car, however a limited bus service operates from Aberdeen (via Westhill & Dunecht) and Inverurie (via Kemnay):see Aberdeenshire Council website for timetables.
